2 eggs (sometimes three)
1 cup bread crumbs (italian seasoned)
1/4 cup parmesean cheese
3-4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
2 cups spaghetti sauce
1 pound pasta
1 cup motozzrella cheese
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
Preheat to 375
Take chicken breasts and slice them vertically into half, or thirds if really big (so you will have slender strips)
Take three deep plates, bowls.. and put
Flour in the first one
Beated Eggs in the second
Bread crumbs with parmesean cheese in the third
coat chicken in each topping.. in order and place in 9/13 baking dish.
Do not place chicken in too tight that it is touching.. there should be air space between pieces.
Bake chicken for 30 minutes..
take chicken out and pour spaghetti sauce over the chicken and sprinkle cheese over sauce
put back in oven for 15 minutes
When you put it back in the oven, get the pasta going.
