2 lbs. ground meat (beef, turkey, lamb (I like all beef))
1/2 cup milk (cow, soy, rice (I use soy))
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 med onion, diced
2-6 cloved garlic, minced
1/4 cup parsely, crushed
1 tsp. dried sage
1 egg
1/2 cup parmesan, grated.
Mix it all together.
Bake in 8x8 pan at 350F for 45-60 mins.
