1/2 cup milk (cow, soy, rice (I use soy))%BR%
1/2 cup bread crumbs%BR%
1 med onion, diced%BR%
2-6 cloved garlic, minced%BR%
1/4 cup parsely, crushed%BR%
1 tsp. dried sage%BR%
1 egg%BR%
1/2 cup parmesan, grated.%BR%

Mix it all together.%BR%
Bake in 8x8 pan at 350F for 45-60 mins.%BR%
