3 or 4 cans of your favorite beans, red, black, white, pinto, kidney, etc. (I like to use 4 different kinds)%BR% 1 - 15 oz. can diced tomatoes%BR% 1 polish sausage or polska kilbasa, chopped into bite sized bits (I use turkey because it's lower fat)%BR% 1 Tbls Mrs. Dash or other seasoning%BR%
