This is a work in progress, these ideas need to be expressed more clearly

Corporations exist because we the people allow them to. We grant them the power to aggregate wealth in exchange for accomplishing tasks which smaller businesses couldn't do.

As soon as they stop benefiting us, we should dismantle them.

There is a certain size above which I don't think corporations serve the public interest any longer.

Any entity which is "Too big to fail" should immediately be broken into several smaller entities which can be allowed to fail.
