Ingredients - %BR% 1 - 1 1/2 lb. ground meat (beef or turkey) %BR% 1 can (15 oz.) kidney beans, drained %BR% 1 Tbls. Chili Powder %BR% 1 Tbls. Cumin %BR% 1/2 - 1 tsp. salt %BR% 1 tsp. garlic powder %BR% 1 head iceberg lettuce %BR% 4 - 8 oz. cheedar cheese, grated %BR% 4 - 6 roma tomatoes, chopped %BR% 3 - 4 handfuls tortilla chips %BR% 1/4 cup Italian dressing %BR% %BR% Brown meat, drain. %BR% Add a splash of water. %BR% Stir in Chili Powder, Cumin, Salt and Garlic. %BR% Add Beans. %BR% Let simmer while doing the rest. %BR% Shred lettuce. %BR% Add cheese, tomatoes and chips. %BR% Mix well. %BR% Add dressing. %BR% Mix so all ingredients ar covered. %BR% Add meat/bean mixture. %BR% Mix together. %BR% %BR% Serves 4 - 6.
