3 or 4 cans of your favorite beans, red, black, white, pinto, kidney, etc. (I like to use 4 different kinds)%BR% 1 - 15 oz. can diced tomatoes%BR% 1 polish sausage or polska kilbasa, chopped into bite sized bits (I use turkey because it's lower fat)%BR% 1 Tbls Mrs. Dash or other seasoning%BR% %BR% Mix it all up and heat it to bubbly.%BR% Serve with corn bread or biscuits and a mixed greens salad.%BR%
