Spaghetti Sauce%BR% %BR% 1-2 lbs ground meat (beef, turkey, combo)%BR% 2-14 oz. can diced tomatoes%BR% 2-6 oz. cans tomato paste%BR% 2-6 cloves garlic, minced%BR% 1 Tbl. dried Basil, crushed%BR% dash or three ground black pepper%BR% %BR% Brown meat.%BR% Drain.%BR% Mix in other ingredients.%BR% Simmer for 30-60 mins.%BR% %BR% Serve over whole grain noodles (wheat, spelt, quinoa)%BR% %BR% Garlic Bread%BR% 1 loaf sweet french bread%BR% spread (butter, margarine, Soy spread (no trans-fat!))%BR% garlic powder%BR% dried oregano%BR% %BR% Slice bread in 1/4 or slices%BR% Spread with b/m/ss%BR% sprinkle with garlic and oregano%BR% %BR% Bake at 350F for 6-10 mins%BR% %BR% %BR% Serve with mixed green salad
